About Alma Terra Partners

We’re Daniel Echeverri and Juliana Gomez-Echeverri, a husband and wife who buy land directly from the people who own it. We answer our own phone and take on a limited number of properties at a time, so every deal gets our full attention.

Founder · Acquisitions

Daniel is usually the first person you talk to. He looks up every property himself, works out the numbers and writes every offer we send.

Administration & Finance

Juliana runs the money side of every deal. She handles the financing, the contracts and the paperwork with the title company, and she keeps your closing on schedule.

The company

Alma Terra Partners, Inc. is a Wyoming corporation. We buy vacant land from owners in any condition, including land that’s behind on taxes, has a title problem or a county lien, or was inherited and never made it through probate.

Got a letter from ATP Buy Land? That was us. We changed our name to Alma Terra Partners in 2026. Same people, same phone number, (307) 218-7795.

How we work

  • You’ll always reach one of us, never a call center.
  • Every offer comes in writing, with the numbers explained.
  • We pay the closing costs, and you pick the closing date.
  • If selling isn’t your best move, we’ll tell you.

You can have a written offer in as little as 2 days after we talk. Every sale closes through a licensed title company, or through a real estate or probate attorney in states that require one. The back taxes and liens are paid from the sale at closing, so you don’t bring cash to the table.

Where we buy

Most of our work is in Texas. We’ve also worked with owners in Ohio, Pennsylvania, Florida, Missouri and Michigan. If you own land somewhere else, call us anyway.

We write it down

Most people who call us didn’t plan on selling land this year. They got a letter from the county, or a parent passed away, or the tax bill finally got old. So we write plain answers to the questions we hear most, with the laws and county pages behind them. Read our land guides.
